Pairing

Pairing varies among devices but the basic steps are the same. This process is

done upon initial install and will not have to be repeated.

Turn Ignition and radio "ON"

2. Press radio "AUX" button (see display below)

Settings, Wireless & Networks, Bluetooth Settings

3. Go to device

Bluetooth

4. Select

and turn on.

Scan for devices

5. Tap

6. Wait for the Bluetooth device name to appear and select it. See Fig. 6.

Operation

Turn ignition switch to "ACC" or "ON"

2. To enter Bluetooth mode, press "AUX" button on radio

Note: Press AUX button twice if radio contains a DISC or TAPE.

3. Launch smartphone or tablet streaming application.

4. Ensure smartphone volume is set to 80% or higher and use radio

volume button to set playback level.

Playlist and Track selection *NOT* possible from radio.

Use audio device built-in controls or optional wireless

remote to access and control audio files.

FOR AUX OPERATION.

Press "AUX" button on radio as customary

2. Disable Bluetooth on smart device

3. Audio system is now in AUX mode.

4. Connect audio device to 3.5mm jack using supplied audio cable or

similar

5. Operate aux device using its built-in controls or as customary.

6. To resume streaming:

Re-enable Bluetooth

on smartphone.

Note: Paired device has playback priority and remains device is no

longer paired. AUX playback is possible when no device has been paired

or device is out of range

7. If correct operation is confirmed, re-install radio/panels.
