Introduction:

They are literally thousands of older Honda and Acura vehicles out there with the

original radios in place but unfortunately do not support Bluetooth, but thanks to

A2D-HON these radios can be updated to Bluetooth music streaming. Installation

could not be simpler and only requires connecting the Bluetooth module to the

8-pin CD changer port, pairing Bluetooth device and be on your way to enjoying

music, navigation, audio books and other important applications on the car

system!

(CD changer must be disconnected)

Installation:

Remove radio to gain access to the connector.

Disconnect any accessory connected to 8-pin connector (See Fig. 2)

Connect module 90-degree 8-pin plug (See Fig. 1) to radio or slave

cassette player 8-pin port (See. Fig. 2)

Reinstall radio.

Pairing:

Pairing process varies between devices but basic steps are the same. Pairing is

done upon initial install and will not have to be repeated.

Turn ignition and radio "ON"

2. On Bluetooth device: Go to

4. Go to Bluetooth settings

Scan" for devices

5. Tap "

6. Wait for Bluetooth device name to appear and select it (see image

below)

7. Confirmation tone is heard on car speakers
