ATTENZIONE: nei primi utilizzi il vang potrebbe
muoversi a scatti o con movimenti bruschi
causati dalla presenza di aria nel circuito, questo

•
Nell'abbassare il boma valutare (es attraverso
il manometro della centralina di bordo) la
pressione necessaria ad abbassare il boma.

•
Svitare e togliere il cappuccio (A) sulla valvola
spillo (D).
•
Togliere l'adesivo tondo (B) al di sotto della
valvola per scoprire l'esagono della valvola
stessa.
•
Utilizzando una chiave esagonale da 5 mm
svitare di ½ giro il tappo valvola (C). La
pressione del gas passerà ora alla valvola a
spillo (D).
•
Utilizzando un piccolo cacciavite o simile agire
sulla valvola spillo (D) scaricando piccole
quantità di pressione per ottenere la corretta
spinta.
•
Si consiglia di agire scaricando con brevi
pressioni sulla valvola per raggiungere la
corretta spinta dopo aver effettuato ogni volta
una verifica rilasciando il release del circuito e
verificando il corretto ritorno del boma verso
l'alto.
•
La pressione del gas nel cilindro sarà corretta
quando con il release completamente aperto
il boma si posiziona sopra i 90° con il cilindro
completamente esteso.
•
Dopo il settaggio chiudere la valvola di sicurezza
(C), chiudere con il tappo la valvola a spillo (D)
e riposizionare l'adesivo tondo (B) al di sopra
della valvola di sicurezza (C).
•
Nel caso in cui ci fosse necessità di ricaricare
il gas, si deve effettuare l'operazione inversa.

This operation has to be carried out exclusively by
authorized personnel only.
WARNING
CAUTION
CAUTION: when you first use the boom vang, it may
move by twitches. This is caused by the presence
of air in the circuit. This will come to an end when

the plant is completely flushed.
WARNING
•
When you lower the boom, check the pressure
required to do it (e.g. through the manometer
fitted on the boat's power-pack).
RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT
•
Unscrew and take off the cap (A) on the gas
valve (D).
•
Take off the round sticker (B) placed below the
valve in order to discover its hexagon.
•
By means of a 5 mm Allen key, unscrew the
valve cap (C). by half turn. The gas pressure
will now pass onto the gas valve (D).
•
Use a small screw driver or similar to operate
the gas valve (D) and release some pressure
to reach the pull required.
•
We suggest you gradually discharge the gas by
pressing the valve briefly. Check the pull after
each operation by releasing the circuit release
and testing the boom lifts up correctly.
•
The cylinder gas pressure will be appropriate
when the boom stands above 90° with cylinder
fully extended and release totally open.
•
After setting up, close the safety valve (C), close
the gas valve (D) with its cap, and position the
round sticker (B) above the safety valve once
again.
•
Should you need to re-gas the vang, please
follow the reverse operation.
