Adjusting the Front Support Tube
Pull the Pin (105) out from the Main Frame (A) and swing the Front Support Tube (B) into one of the
following positions:
a.
Position P1 gives a flat and level seat for working out.
b.
Position P2 gives an inclined seat for working out.
c.
Position P3 is for folding up the Bench for storage.
Completely re-insert the Pin (105) into the hole of the bracket on the Main Frame (A) for the position you
select.
