User   G uide   a nd   G uarantee  
 
1 GUARANTEE  
 
1.1 STANDARD   G UARANTEE  
 
Custom   S pa   C over   c overs   h ave   a   6   y ear   l imited   w arranty,   s tarting   f rom   t he   p urchase   d ate.   T his  
warranty   covers   only   against   water   saturating   the   inner   layers.   There   is   also   a   first   year  
warranty  fully  covering  manufacturing  defects  and/or  defects  in  the  material  or  workmanship.  
Custom  Spa  Cover  will,  upon  inspection  and  determination  of  the  validity  of  the  claim,  either  
repair   o r   r eplace   t he   s pa   c over   b ased   o n   t he   f ollowing   p ro-­‐rata   b asis:

If   t he   s pa   c over   i s   f ound   t o   b e   d amaged   a t   t he   t ime   o f   d elivery,   p lease   c ontact   y our   v endor   o r   a  
customer   s ervice   r epresentative   a t   C ustom   S pa   C over   w ithin   4 8   h ours.     A fter   4 8   h ours,   C ustom  
Spa   Cover   reserves   the   right   to   refuse   guarantee   claims.   The   guarantee   does   not   apply   to  
breakage  due  to  normal  usage  including:    cracked  vinyl,  perforated  foam,  negligence,  overuse  
of   c hemical   a gents,   a nd   u nusual   w eather   c onditions.     I f   d uring   t he   p eriod   o f   t he   g uarantee,   t he  
cover   is   found   to   be   defective   due   to   a   defect   in   manufacture   and/or   material;   our  
manufacturer   will   follow   up   with   a   repair   or   replacement   as   per   the   conditions   described  
below.   P lease   r efer   t o   t he   i nstructions   r egarding   s ecurity   a nd   m aintenance   t o   p rolong   t he   l ife   o f  
your   c over.  
 
1.2 GUARANTEE   F OAM+

During   the   first   4   years,   starting   from   the   purchase   date,   the   insulating   material   (Foam)   is   covered  
against   water   saturating   the   inner   layers.   After   this   period,   the   standard   guarantee   applies.  
After   i nspection   a nd   d etermination   o f   t he   c laim   v alidity,   C ustom   S pa   C over   w ill   e ither   r epair   o r  
replace   f or   F oams   i dentical   t o   t he   i nitial   o rder.  
 
1.3 GUARANTEE   V INYL+  
 
Standard   G uarantee   +  
 
During   the   first   4   years,   starting   from   the   purchase   date,   the   vinyl   of   the   cover   is   guarantee  
wear   and   tear.   After   this   period,   the   standard   guarantee   applies.   After   inspection   and
