Troubleshooting

The screen will not move:

Check

Is the power cord connected?

Is screen already at fully open

position?

Is screen already at fully closed

position?

If RS-232 is used:

A number of failures (i.e. screen

overload) will automatically disable

the controller.

Are IR remote batteries installed?

Is there visible contact to infrared

sensor?

Still not working?

The screen stops in the wrong position:

Check

If RS-232 is used:

The screen will not close fully

One aspect ratio does not fit a

projected image

All aspect ratios do not fit the

projected images

Still not working?

Plug into screen and wall socket.

Screen cannot move beyond 2.40:1 format

position. Move inwards.

Screen cannot move further inwards. Move

outwards.

Contact installer.

1) Disconnect and re-connect power. 2) Follow

section "E Powering up" of this manual.

Install batteries.

Move any obstructions. The IR angle is limited.

Move in front of the screen.

Install new batteries.

Contact place of purchase.

Contact installer.

Disconnect/reconnect power to re-calibrate.

Close curtains again by pressing [CLOSE]

All aspect ratios are factory calibrated. If one

format does not fit all formats should not fit.

Adjust projector

Disconnect/reconnect power to re-calibrate.

Then press the button of the desired aspect

ratio.

Adjust projector.
