ASSEMBLY
1. Attach both base supports ✖✌ to the main frame ✕✌ using bolts ✗✌, washers ✘✌, spring washers ✙✌
and nuts ✚✌.
2. Stand the frame in the upright position.
3. Support plate ✜✌ and ram plate ✛✌ are held in position on the frame ✕✌ by using bolts ✢✌, washers
✘✌, spring washers ✙✌ and nuts ✚✌. Ensure ribs on both plates are parallel with the front and rear
cross plates of frame ✕✌.
4. The ram ✕✗✌ is fitted through the clearance hole in the support plate ✜✌ and then screwed into
position in the ram plate ✛✌. (Ensure screwed right in).
5. Fit the gauge ✕✜✌ in place on the ram ✕✗✌.
6. Hang the pump (14) on hook located at the top of main frame ✕✌.
7. Attach the hydraulic hose ✕✛✌ to the ram ✕✗✌.
8. Push the two support pins ✕✔✌ through the holes in the main frame ✕✌ and place the table ✕✕✌ in
position.
