PROBLEM
Uneven cooking
Strong grease fume
"charcoal" flavor
Meat sticks to lower grill.
Smoke coming from top of
door.
Product gets too done on the
bottom grills; product on top
grills is raw or underdone.
Door closed light doesn't
come on when door is closed.
Although smoker is set with
the same time and tempera-
ture as always, product is
now taking longer to cook.
Actual oven temperature
reads 5 to 20°higher or lower
than set temperature.
