C. NAVIGATING TOUCH SCREEN

1. Remove the screen protection film before using your XT1 Rugged Mini-Tablet.

2. Tap the touch screen with your fingertip to activate. Avoid direct contact with sharp objects, including stylus

and pen.

3. Tap the screen once to select or open a menu, option or application. Tap an item and drag with your finger to

move to a new location.

4. Screen can be viewed in portrait or landscape mode and can be adjusted by rotating the device.

D. ACCESS SIM CARD SLOT AND MICRO SD CARD SLOT

1. To access the SIM card slot, lift card compartment cover using bottom notch.

2. To access the microSD card slot, lift card compartment cover using bottom notch.

GETTING CONNECTED

Your device can access the Internet through a wireless network. You can also connect to other wireless devices

to share files via Bluetooth.

To connect via WLAN:

1. From the settings menu, tap the WLAN ON/OFF button to turn WLAN on.

2. The device will automatically scan for available wireless networks. Tap WLAN to display the network

names and security settings of the detected wireless networks.

3. Tap the desired wireless network to connect. If you select an open network, you will be automatically

connected to the network. If you select a network that is secured with WEP, you will be asked to enter the key

and then tap Connect.
