Use a flat-shaped tool to push the
pistons straight back in as far as they will
go, while being careful not to twist the
pistons.

Install the new brake pads, the bolt, and
the pad spacer (red).
At this point, make sure to install the
snap ring as well.

Install the new brake pads the split pin,
and then install the pad spacers (red).

After this, bend open the split pin.
