Step

Remove the glove box compartment, or other structures to gain access to the DC/DC converter wire Deutsch

connectors (Figure 15).

Step

Unplug the Deutsch connections on the converter f rom the UTV harness. Keep all connectors within reach.

Step

The winch wiring harness is equipped with Deutsch connectors that correspond with the connectors on the 60

AMP (largest) converter. Connect each connector with its corresponding plug. Triangle to triangle, square to

square, male to female. (Figures 16 & 17).

*Note:

Check winch wiring harness for correct pin locations. Relocate pins if necessary.

Step

Route the red and black wires of the harness to the corresponding terminals on the battery (Figure 18).
