SLOW COOKING:
Because of the circular heating system, your Roaster Oven
has become a great slow cooker for your favorite soups and
stews.

For better flavor, meat and certain ingredients, such as
garlic, can be browned first in the roaster at 425°F for 30-
45 minutes. Then add vegetables, liquids and other
ingredients for slow cooking.

While slow cooking, always keep the lid on to avoid losing
water. Stirring is not necessary.
