END PANEL INSTALLATION (continued)

With the lower panels installed, repeat the steps as

needed to measure, cut, and attach the first upper

panel. Consult the Polycarbonate Panels diagram for

your end panel kit to determine which panel to cut and

panel position.

NOTE: All upper panels should extend approximately

6" below the brace where the upper and lower panels

meet. See diagrams for details.

Hold the first pre-cut panel in place and trace along

the end rafter to mark where to cut the panel so it

fits under the end cap. See the end cap diagram that

follows Step 2.

Remove panel, cut along traced line, and set panel

back into position by tucking the top edge under the

end cap. The bottom edge of the upper panel overlaps

the top edge of the lower panel.

Verify that the panel is in the desired position (UV-

protected side toward the sun) and attach it to the end

frame using Tek screws and washers.

Repeat the steps for the remaining upper panels.

diagrams in the Quick Start section for your end panel

kit.
