5. MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Before any maintance please pull out the mains plug from the socket!

Changing the filter bag

The dust container lid can be unlocked easily by pressing the

opener and pull it up. Take out the filter bag. To insert the fil-

ter bag slide-in the cardboard disc of the filter onto the filter

holder in direction of the arrow and push the filter tightly

down. lt is essential to observe the correct placement of the

cardboard disc. Bending the cardboard disc can lead to leaks

and results in a polluted dust container and motor protec-

tion filter (Change of motor protection filter is necessary!).

Attention! The dust container lid of devices with filter lock

barrier will not close without a filter bag.

Please do not use any force.

Changing the motor protection filter

Open the dust container lid and remove the filter holder

with the logged motor protection filter. Then insert a new

motor protection filter and the filter holder in reverse order.

Attention! Please insert the micro fine filter so that the large-

pored side faces front in direction of the dust container.

Changing the exhaust filter

The exhaust filter can be changed very easily when the dust

container lid is opened. Attention! Please change the motor

protection filter and exhaust filter when you used up one

filter pack.

Cleaning the stick vacuum cleaner

The plastic housing can be wiped with a damp cloth and then

dried. For stubborn dirt use a gentle cleaner (e.g. washing-up

liquid). Do not use scouring powder or organic solvents. To

avoid soilings due to electrostatic charge of the appliance or

accessories we recommend spraying it lightly with commerci-

ally available antistatic spray. Cleaning the accessories

We recommend vacuuming the bottom of the universal

nozzle and of the parquet brush by the crevice nozzle. Lang

threads or hairs that wrapped around the brushing roller of

the turbo brush can be removed by cutting them off.
