Before mounting the tracker, connect the Jumper cable supplied so that terminals 7 & 8 are connected. This
switches the tracker on. Then simply install the terminal box cover on with the 4 M2 screw.
Terminal access explained:
•
1. (DO1)
Negative digital output. This activates a standard relay.
•
2. (DC Detect)
DC power trigger to wake unit manually
•
3. (Solar
-) GND from external Solar panel if installed
•
4. (VCC-)
GND from trailer
•
5. Not used
•
6. Not used
•
7 & 8. (Jumper )
This switches the tracker On/Off
•
9. (VCC+)
Constant power
•
10. (Solar +)
Power from external Solar panel if installed
•
11. (ANI)
Positive Analog input. This is used to measure the
voltage of a positive power source. By default this is already bridged
to terminal 8 inside the tracker.
•
12. (DI-1)
Positive digital input. Use this when you want to know
when a positive source is activated
The tracker is configured to automatically detect the extra connection
and transmit any data to the tracking server.
