DOMUS CEILING FANS WARRANTY INFORMATION
Note: The Ceiling Fan must be installed by a licensed Electrician. Ensure the power is switched off before fitting this
ceiling fan.
IMPORTANT CHECKLIST
1. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE (RECEIPT FROM WHERE YOU BOUGHT YOUR CEILING FAN).
2. PLEASE FIND SERIAL NUMBER AND FILL OUT FORM BELOW IN CASE OF SERVICE REQUEST TO ENSURE YOU
HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO SPEED UP SERVICE PROCESS.
3. KEEP A COPY OF RECEIPT OF INSTALLATION OR LETTER OF COMPLIANCE BY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.
TROUBLESHOOTING BEFORE REQUESTING SERVICE
1. Try replacing the battery in the remote control. This may be the cause of your fan not responding.
2. Are the Main Safety Switch or Circuit Breakers tripped? This is located in the switch board. If the circuit breaker
that controls the fan switch is tripped, please contact your local electrician to investigate as this could be a
reason why the fan has no power.

Every Domus Ceiling Fan is backed by a Three Year (3) IN-HOME Warranty against defective materials and
manufacturing defaults. Remote Control units and receivers are backed by a 12 month IN-HOME Warranty
(excluding batteries). Details can be found in our Warranty Terms and Conditions located on our website or attached
to the back of the Installation Manuals.
For Service requests, you can either:
1. Register online at www.domuslighting.com. Go to Ceiling Fans and then Warranty Registration. Simply fill out
the online form and a Domus representative will contact you. Please retain a copy of Installation Receipt, Proof
of Purchase and Serial Number located with this Instruction Manual for the Domus Service Agent if required.
Please note that conditions apply in relation to unwarranted claims, so please read Warranty Terms and
Conditions prior to registering.
2. Alternatively, you can complete the below and return it to us by fax on (02) 9554 9061.
