Clean the rollers. (

Replace the rollers.

Check the ADF paper feed path.

Clean the paper detection sensor.

Remove the jammed page. (

Remove all documents in the ADF.

Clean the document sensors. (

Open the ADF and remove the

stopped document. (

Remove the jammed pages. (

Close the front door.

Close the ADF door.

Close the imprinter door.

Close the document cover.

Switch off the scanner, unplug the

power cord, and call for service.

Install the interface board.
