Harness Adjustment

Before your first flight it is possible to set up

your IMPRESS 3 in only 5 quick and easy

steps. To do this we recommend that you

hang the harness up and follow the follow-

ing advice:

1. Check the basic settings: To find your

own perfect adjustment you should always

start out from the basic settings. Before

you begin adjusting make sure that all the

harness and speedbag straps are in their

basic positions (free ends of straps at the

white marks).

2. Adjust Speedbag Length: The length of

the speedbag, and therefore the body's

centre of gravity position, sets the speed-

bag flying angle. For the best speedbag

angle the under surface of the speedbag

should be horizontal (level with the horizon).

To adjust the speedbag length first loosen

the upper speedbag straps (toes) com-

pletely. Then adjust the lower straps

(heels) as required. Now pull in the upper
