3. Adjusting the upper body (back) angle:
Now set the recline angle using the back
straps. Finally pull in (or loosen) the shoul-
der straps as you wish, so that they feel
loose or provide light support, without
putting pressure on the shoulders.
4. Final check: The under surface of the
speedbag is still horizontal. If this is not
the case you should move your centre of
gravity by changing the lengths of the up-
