Action
Check cables, connections, power supply at pins
Clean lens and remove excess water.
Replace part by qualified personnel.
Check free space (or beyond) for non-stationary objects (such as dangling wires,
tubes, water drops on surfaces.
Check for double reflections, and limit measurement range
