Important!
Before beginning the maintenance work, perform an initial check with a high voltage test according
to VDE (see chapter Electrical and Mechanical Test Instructions).
Before all repair work, pull the power plug from the socket!
Disassembly
Dismantling the

Remove the spring ring (4) with aid of
drill spindle
special pliers and pull off the sleeve (5).

Remove the nosepiece.

Remove the spring (6), the jumper ring (7),
and the spacer (8).

Remove the balls from the drill spindle (1).

Remove the sleeve (2) with aid of special
pliers (see illustration).

Dismantling the
Remove the spring (3), the discs (4), the
gear box
teflon-coated disc (5), as well as all the
other discs.

Move the hammer switch lever (1) to the
neutral position (30 ° before drill position).

Unscrew (6) and remove the gear box (7).

Remove all disc springs (2).

Removing the
Lift the pillow block (1) and the spring (6)
pillow block
with aid of a screwdriver.

Remove the drill spindle.
3
Remove the cylinder. Remove the
percussion body (5) from the cylinder.
4
Remove the spring ring (2), the bearing
discs, the axial needle bearing (4), the
spacer (3), and the disc.
Drill a hole into the sealing ring (3) with
a drill bit 3 - 3.5 mm and lever the ring
off with aid of a screwdriver.
