4. Cabling
The figure below shows the RX-PAD connector ports.

Network port (PoE)

Access the connector ports by unscrewing the two screws to remove their cover.
5. Powering up (PoE)
After connecting the Ethernet cable to the network port (ETH) of the device, RX-PAD powers up.
6. General Pairing pre-requisites
Make sure:
1.
No physical blocks exist between RX-PAD and the MTRfA device.
2.
Both are running the latest GA version released by AudioCodes.
3.
Both are connected to the same network (subnet).
4.
In a wireless environment, PS must power the device (it must be ordered separately); the device
cannot operate over Wi-Fi if the device is powered over ethernet.
5.
For the initial pairing of the out-of-the-box set, make sure that the physical distance between them is
less than 50 cm.
