Symptom

Interference

(buzzing/

whistling/hissing)

is heard through

the hearing loop.

No sound when

using headphones.

If you are still experiencing problems, please contact your local dealer.

Possible Fault

1) Incorrect power supply is

being used.

2) Unscreened or poorly earthed

third party equipment is being

used in close proximity.

1) The optical input isn't being

used.

2) Driver has a fault.

Action

1) Ensure that the supplied

grounded power supply is being

used.

2) Switch off any third party

equipment to identify the source

of interference.

1) This function is only available

when using the optical input.

2) Contact your local dealer.
