DLC-010 in combination with LinkTouch & PLP-REM(-350)

Installation instructions

The DLC-010 can be connected to a PLP-REM-350 to allow control

of the DuraCover System using the LINKTouch*. Connection between

DLC-010 and PLP-REM-350 can be done using the CAN bus interface.

Connect the power cables, DuraCover motor, sensors & key switch: Fol-

low the instructions on page 6.

2. Make sure DIP switch 1 is set to the ON position

DIP switch 1 to ON:

Remote control (via LinkTouch)

is activated

3. A twisted pair cable needs to be connected between the DLC-010 CAN

terminal blocks (nrs 7 & 8) and the PLP-REM-350 CAN connector.**

Respect the polarity of the terminals! (CAN L & H)

In case the DLC-010 is at

the start or end position of

the CAN bus, make sure to

switch the CAN load switch

to the right position.

* The DLC-010 can always be controlled with a Key-switch, even when a LinkTouch is conﬁ gured

** We recommend using a shielded twisted pair cable (min. 0,5mm² - up to 200m)

Calibration

During calibration, the 'open' and 'close' position of the DURACOVER Cover

System are saved in the memory of the DLC-010. After this calibration, the

user can open and close the cover safely without crossing the end positions.

To start calibration via the LinkTouch, DIP switch 1 must be set to ON.

Touch the display on the LinkTouch for 3 seconds to go into the settings

menu.

2. Use the right arrow key to select: PLP-REM (enter), then touch the display

to confi rm

3. In the next menu, make sure the AUX Setting is set to "COVER", then

touch the left arrow key

4. Use the right arrow key, to select: COVER SETTINGS (enter), then touch

the display to confi rm

5. Use the right arrow keys to select: COVER CALIBRATION START

6. Follow the instructions on the LINKTouch* for calibration or correction.

When calibration or correction succeeded, the status LED will become

green

Dead Man Switch settings

Go to the COVER SETTINGS menu (see above)

In the DMS MODE menu, you can choose the right DMS setting for you:

- enabled

(DMS is active when opening AND closing the cover)

- disabled

(DMS is OFF)

- open only

(DMS is active only when OPENING the cover)

- close only

(DMS is active only when CLOSING the cover)
