Préparation :
• Il permet de réaliser et d'émul-
sionner les sauces.

Entretien :
• NE JAMAIS nettoyer l'appareil
au jet d'eau.
• NE JAMAIS immerger le bloc
moteur dans un liquide. Faire
fonctionner l'appareil, tube de
plongée avec sa cloche, dans
de l'eau claire pendant 3
secondes pour nettoyer l'inté-
rieur de la cloche. Débrancher
impérativement la prise du
MF / MFAP 2000.
• Nettoyage du pied à l'eau clai-
re, si nécessaire avec du pro-
duit vaisselle.
• Nettoyage de la poignée avec
une éponge ou chiffon légère-
ment humide.
• Utiliser le support mural pour
le rangement de votre appareil.
Maintenance :
Il est souhaitable de vérifier
périodiquement :
• Le bon état du cordon d'ali-
mentation.
• L'étanchéité du tube de plongée.
• L'affûtage du couteau.
