2.1 Placement and orientation of the panel
In order to optimise the production of the solar panel, it is preferable to orient it facing south. The supplied
frame will give it an inclination of 30° with respect to the horizontal. This is the ideal position for optimised
production throughout the year in mainland France).
Make sure that no obstacle (tree, bush, building) shades the panel and reduces its production.
Note: The solar panel works thanks to direct sunlight, not brightness.
2.2 Maintenance and servicing
Solar panels do not require any special maintenance.
However, depending on the environment, dirt can accumulate (sea spray, sand, dust, pollen, various types of
pollution) and can reduce the output of your solar panel.
Always disconnect the system before carrying out any operation.
Clean with a soft cloth in clear water, disconnecting the panel beforehand. The water must be at room temperature to
avoid thermal shock.
