Problem
Residual heat indicator is
not displaying anything.

you touch panel symbols.

Possible cause
The cooking zone was only

therefore not hot.

Automatic Switch Off and the

Remedy
If the cooking zone is supposed
to be hot, call the After Sales
Service.
Activate the signals. Refer to
"OffSound Control".
Use suitable cookware.
Place cookware on the cooking
zone.
Move onto a smaller cooking
zone.
Disconnect the hob from the
electrical supply for some time.
Disconnect the fuse from the
electrical system of the house.
Connect it again. If
on again, speak to an author‐
ised installer.
Check if the appliance is cor‐
rectly connected to the electri‐
cal supply. Ensure a correct in‐
stallation by calling an author‐
ised installer.
Switch off the appliance. Re‐
move the hot cookware. After
approximately 30 seconds acti‐
vate the cooking zone again.
