welding

Never touch
cylinder

welding
electrode.
Always
secure

to
running
gear,
wall,
or
other
stationary
support.

Shut off
shielding
gas
supply
when
not in
use.

Obtain gas
cylinder
and chain
to
running
gear, wall,
or
other station
ary
support
so
cylinder
cannot
fall
and break off valve.

Remove cap,
stand
to
side of
valve,
and open valve
slightly.
Gas
flow blows dust and dirt from valve.
Close valve.

Regulator/Flowmeter
If not
supplied,
obtain proper
regu
lator/flowmeter
for
use
with
CO2
gas. Install
onto
gas
cylinder
so
that face is vertical.
Flow
rate
for
supplied regulator/
flowmeter is
set to
20 cfh
(cubic
feet per
hour).

and install
