Erase all files from a folder:

 Press the Folder button to select the folder in which you want to erase all files

 Press the Erase button twice. The "Cancel" indicator flashes



Press the + button to choose "All Erase"

 Press the OK button. The display changes to "All Erase!" and erasing will start. "Erase

Done" is displayed when the files are erased

Additional functions

The WS-331M voice recorder has many additional functions, most of which we will never need

to make use of in the Teaching Grid. One function that will be of use, particularly when there is

background noise in the Teaching Grid, is the Low Cut Filter function which minimises low-

frequency sounds (air conditioners, projectors etc) and records voices more clearly.

 While the recorder is stopped press and hold down the MENU button until the "Menu"

screen opens

 Press the OK button and the "Rec Menu" screen opens

 Press the + or - button to choose "Low Cut Filter" and press the OK button

 Press the + or - button to choose between "On" and "Off"

 Press the OK button to complete the setup screen, then press the STOP button to close

the menu
