Factory Reset

'Factory R eset'. I n t his f older t here i s a f ile c alled ' .FACTORY_RESET' w hich s hould b e c opied t o a b lank U SB

Flash D rive a nd a pplied t o t he d ecoder i n t he s ame w ay a s a c onfiguration. T he d ecoder w ill d isplay

'Reconfiguring' o n s creen a nd w ill t hen r emove a ll c onfiguration s ettings.

The U SB F lash D rive c an n ow b e r emoved.

When s oftware u pdates a re r eleased f or t he d ecoder t hese w ill c ome i n t he f orm o f ' Decoder-‐1.x.x.update'

files. T hese f iles s hould b e c opied t o a b lank U SB F lash D rive a nd a pplied t o t he d ecoder i n t he s ame w ay a s a

configuration. T he d ecoder w ill d isplay ' Updating' o n s creen a nd w ill d isplay a b lack s creen f or a f ew s econds

before s howing t he s plash s creen l oading i mage a gain. T he d ecoder w ill n ow b e u sing t he u pdated s oftware

and w ill s till h ave t he p revious c onfiguration.
