Refresh the view in the BlackBerry Manager. The primary SMTP address might display a few hours after you add the user.

SMTP address for a user account that has multiple SMTP addresses and a primary address that was changed at some point in

Use the Erase Data and Disable Device task in the BlackBerry Manager to remotely erase all user information and application
data on the BlackBerry device, allowing the user to set a new password.
