Biennial (Two-Yearly) Maintenance
Every two years it is important to inspect the primary and secondary seals, and the motor bearings for
wear. These need to be replaced if necessary. Please refer to Acqua & Co. Aeratore Splash 2001 1hp 2
ed. 04/04 Diagram and Spare Parts List for reference as required.
a)
Perform the Annual (Yearly) Maintenance steps a) to c) as instructed.
b)
Separate motor housings.
c)
Remove the rotor (part no. 1) complete with bearings (2 x Part No. 28).
d)
Inspect the bearings (Part No. 28) for wear and damage. Replace as necessary.
e)
Re-assemble motor housings, replacing O-ring (Part No. 51).
f)
Perform the Annual (Yearly) Maintenance steps d) to e) as instructed.
