Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Turn off all switches and unplug the unit.

2. Allow the heating head to cool before cleaning.

3. The base and exterior of the bowl can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a sanitizing solution such as Noble

Chemical's 'QuikSan' Sanitizer/Disinfectant (147QUIKSAN).

4. Clean the bowl using a damp cloth. To keep the bowl looking new, it is a good idea to use a stainless steel cleaner.

5. Keeping the heating head clean is important for food safety and the life of your machine. It is a good idea to use a

tough cleaner like Noble Chemical's 'FormulaD' Decarbonizer/Degreaser (147FORMULAD).
