Where "plus" is shown between two buttons, both buttons must be
pressed together
Note 2:
Where "or" is shown between two buttons, either buttons can be
pressed to either increase or decrease setting

Where "then" is shown between rows of buttons, follow
instructions for top row first before moving on to instructions for
second row

When using

held down the value will continue to change until the button is
