Problem
Appliance does not turn on.
The heating indicator light blinks ONCE every
4 seconds,without beeps.The appliance will
resume operation after the insulated gate bipolar
transistor (IGBT) is cooled down. Please note that
the appliance will not turn off.
The heating indicator light blinks TWICE every
4 seconds, accompanied by beeps, and the
appliance will turn off in 2-3 minutes.
The heating indicator light blinks THREE TIMES
every 4 seconds, accompanied by beeps, and the
appliance will turn off in 1 minute.
The heating indicator light blinks FOUR TIMES
every 4 seconds, accompanied by beeps, and the
appliance will turn off in 2-3 minutes.
The heating indicator light (red) and the keep
warm indicator light (green) blink simultaneously
ONCE every 4 seconds, accompanied by beeps,
and the appliance will turn off in 2-3 minutes.
The heating indicator light (red) and the keep
warm indicator light (green) blink simultaneously
TWICE every 4 seconds, accompanied by beeps,
and the appliance will turn off in 2-3 minutes.
The heating indicator light (red) and the keep
warm indicator light (green) blink simultaneously
THREE TIMES every 4 seconds, accompanied
by beeps, and the appliance will turn off in 2-3
minutes.
The appliance stops working during operation.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Possible Cause
The appliance is not plugged into a
working electrical outlet.
The ON/OFF button is not pressed.
Overheat protection of insulated gate
bipolar transistor.
There is no oil has been detected in
the oil tank in the self-checking mode.
The oil temperature exceeds 446°F.
The sensor under the oil tank is
malfunctioning.
Input voltage is higher than 265V or
lower than 140V.
Temperature sensor in the oil tank is
malfunctioning.
Short circuit fault of coil sensor.
Open circuit fault of coil sensor.
The oil temperature exceeds 500°F.
The oil temperature exceeds 464°F,
activating the temperature limiter.
The deep fryer has been operated
continuously for two hours.
Solution
Plug the appliance into a working
electrical outlet.
Press the ON/OFF button to turn the
appliance "ON".
Ensure the air inlet is free of any foreign
objects.
If no foreign objects in the air inlet,

Allow the unit to cool down and add oil to
the oil tank.

oil temperature drops to 380°F or lower,
push down the reset switch.
Turn the temperature control knob to
"OFF" position and then turn to the
desired temperature before using again.
