Warranty

Your DYMO® Scale comes with a warranty against defects in materials, design, or workmanship, for one year from the
original date of purchase, when used in accordance with all operating instructions. Normal wear and tear is not covered,
nor is excessive use, abuse or damage caused by a user either intentionally or accidentally.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, DYMO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND DYMO SPECIFICALLY
EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DYMO'S LIABILITY UNDER
THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE SCALE. DYMO SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE
TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions to return your product.

Declaration of Conformity

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the
FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to
