WARRANTY OF REFRIGERATED AIRCONDITIONING
Warranty within Australia
Should a defect due to either Faulty Material or Workmanship become apparent within the period
of 12 months from date of original retail purchase of the product then Aircommand Australia will
rectify such a defect, without cost to you for either labour or material, at the premises of Aircomand
Australia or their Authorised Service Repairer subject to:
1.Particulars of the model and serial number,(chassis number if applicable) the date of original
purchase and invoice/sales docket number being given to the authorised service repairer when a
claim under warranty is made.
2.The product being installed and operated in accordance with our instructions, and does not apply to
consumable components such as filters, or to adjustments necessary due to misuse of
airconditioner.
3.The warranty being rendered invalid of the product if it is misused or if any unauthorised alteration,
modification, or substitution of any part of the product be made.
4.A charge being accepted by the owner for travelling expenses incurred in connection with warranty
service if the service agent must travel to location.
5.The authorised service repairer will provide service during normal business hours, Monday to
Friday.
1.In the event that warranty service is required, the purchaser must contact Aircommand Australia
for service approval.

2.Warranty repairs will only be carried out by the manufacturers authorised service repairer.
3.Charges not covered by the terms of this Warranty must be borne by the owner. Such charges may
arise through the cost of any service call where the product is found to be in good installation,
maladjustment of user controls, or failure to follow operating instructions, mains supply defects
or external interference.
4.No other person, firm or corporation is authorised by us to offer or give on our behalf any other or
greater warranty than given by us under this warranty.
5.Normal user maintenance, setting of controls and transit damage are also excluded under this
warranty.
6.It is the purchaser's responsibility to deliver unit to the manufacturers nearest authorised service
repairer.
The Manufacturer will not bear any costs involved in the Service Repairers travelling
expenses or delivery charges.
7.The benefits conferred by this warranty are in favour of the original retail purchaser and any other
person deriving title to the goods through or under such person and are intended to be separate
from additional to all other rights and remedies which they may have in law in respect of the
goods.
Warranty outside Australia
•Aircommand products are covered by 12 months warranty from date of first retail purchase.
•For warranty enquiries outside Australia, please contact your national supplier.
* The warranty card must be completed and returned to the manufacturer for registration, or to the
distributor in the country of purchase. Online warranty registration is available at
