5 Assembly and Installation

5.1

Preparation for assembly

•

Switch off the power supply before you start the installation.

•

The whole electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician and in accordance with th

locally applicable laws and regulations.

1. Refer to the lighting plan.

2. Remove the AGRILED

Place the fixture down with the glass cover facing upwards to avoid damage to the glass

cover.

3. Choose installation with chains or with brackets.

The mounting system must be ordered separately from Agrilight and is not supplied as

standard with the product.

5.2

Install brackets

Installation with mounting brackets

1. Fit the bolt, washer and nut into the angle bracket (3).

2. Fasten the angle bracket to the right-hand part (4).

3. If necessary, increase the length of the right-hand part by using a further right-hand part (5).

Ensure that the two slots are always facing downwards.

4. Place a second angle bracket (4) on the front side of the right-hand part. The mounting bracket can now

be fastened to the ceiling.

5. Repeat the above steps for the second bracket.

Installation with chains

1. Fit the bolt, washer and nut into the angle bracket (3).

2. Fasten the angle bracket to the right-hand part (6).

Position the right-hand part so that the protruding parts of the plate are on the underside.

3. Repeat the above steps for the second bracket.

4. Hook the chains (not supplied) into the eyes of the bracket.

5. Fasten the chains to the ceiling.

5.3

Assembling and installing the AGRILED

1. Push the selected mounting into the mounting rails of the fixture (7)

2. Attach the fixture to the mounting system

Never install the fixture vertically. This could result in damage to the fixtur

Tip! Use the integral spirit level to adjust the fixture so that it is level

The fixture can be operated by means of a switch of a light man gement system.
