Honda CB750 FOUR: Assembly Guide

Hold the battery box as shown, with the

three circled tabs facing towards you.

Re-fit the centre stand, then hold the

rear frame joint in position and place the

left frame half back onto the right half.

Gently pull the battery box cable

through the hole, while fitting the three

tabs into the three corresponding holes

in the right frame half.

Align the two frame halves, taking

care not to trap any of the cables

between them.

Take the cables from the IR sensor, the

rear brake and the kick starter, and

position them in the same hole as the

battery box cable.

Take the type E screw that you removed

in Stage 50, and tighten it back into the

hole in the left frame half.

Prepare the rear frame joint and place

one of the holes over the projection in

front of the indicator on the right frame

half. Remove any masking tape holding

the indicator wires in place.

Now tighten a type E screw into the hole

below the battery box.
