Honda CB750 FOUR: Assembly Guide

Prepare the main frame assembly from

Stage 55 and undo the nut at the end of

the pivot shaft.

Remove the centre stand, the chain

cover, the pivot shaft and the battery

box cover, then remove the drive chain

from the wheel and disconnect the rear

brake rod. Now remove the swingarm

and rear wheel from the frame.

Remove the left frame half from

the assembly.

Pass the battery box cable through the

hole (circled) in the right frame half.
