HOW TO PREPARE YOUR SPRAYER FOR USE
1
Charge Your Power Pack
1A) Locate the power connector port on the side of the Green Gorilla
Power Pack.
1B) Connect the charger adapter cable to the power connector port on the
Power Pack.
NOTE: Never charge the power pack while connected to the tank.
Do Not charge outdoors in direct sunlight or if raining or damp.
1C) Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. (Electrical outlets vary by
region and country.)
1D) Charger indicator light will show green for fully charged and red while
charging. (Approximate charge time for a fully discharged unit is 3
hours.)
2
Connect Your Power Pack to the Tank
2A) Align the stem (denoted by red dot) on the Power Pack to
the slot in the quick connect tank fitting. (Figure 2A)
2B) Begin inserting power pack into quick connect fitting. There
will be some resistance as you engage the fitting. (Figure 2B)
2C) Push in firmly and rotate the power pack clockwise (Figure 2C)
2D) When firmly seated, the power pack will rest in the upright
position with the stem resting in the J-Slot. (Figure 2D)
Reverse steps 2A thorough 2D to remove Power Pack from spray tank.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR SPRAYER FOR USE
Remove pump and cap assembly. Mix spray solution in separate receptacle, following directions on
4
spray solution container.
Strain solution through fine cheesecloth or household strainer to remove particles that could clog
5
nozzle. Use any amount of liquid up to the "1 Gallon" mark. DO NOT fill beyond this line.
Replace pump and cap assembly and tighten securely. If sprayer has been stored, manually operate
6
the quick connect valve by pushing in and out on the center red pin several times.
Pressurize tank by switching on the Power Pack. The Power Pack will automatically determine and
7
maintain the correct tank pressure and will turn on and off accordingly. NOTE: Initial pressurization
could take 1 to 3 minutes.
Alternatively, the sprayer may be pressurized manually with or without the Power Pack attached.
8
Manually pressurize the tank by pumping approximately 10-20 times (depending upon amount of
liquid used).
PRESSURE RELIEF SYSTEM
The Green Gorilla
Spray System is equipped with a built in pressure
relief valve (Figure B). The pressure relief valve will function with or
without the power pack attached to the tank. The pressure relief valve
is part of the patented quick disconnect system and will prevent the
tank from becoming overpressurized. If a hissing sound through the
pressure relief valve is detected, the sprayer is overpressurized. The
pressure relief will reset automatically when the tank pressure is re-
turned to operating limits. The tank may become overpressurized by
manually overpumping or by increased pressure due to heating of the
tank contents from environmental conditions. NOTE: For proper
operation keep pressure relief valve clean of dirt and debris.
HOW TO USE YOUR SPRAYER
Adjust nozzle cap. Tighten cap for fine spray or loosen for coarser spray or
solid stream, see Figure C.
WARNING: Loosening cap too far will result in cap flying off, allowing
spray material to spray back at you.
Check that the Power Pack is attached and in the locked position, (Figure 2D). Turn on the Power
Pack and allow the tank to pressurize. The initial pump time will take approximately 1 to 3 minutes de-
pending upon the amount of liquid used. Once pressurized the Power Pack will automatically maintain
tank pressures and turn on and off accordingly. See figure A for power on/off switch location.
The extension rod can be rotated 360°, turning counter-clockwise with extension rod pointed away from
you.
Store the extension rod by attaching to handle and pushing it into the clip located on the pump handle.
Sprayer should only be carried by top of handle or strap (optional). Never carry tank by the hose or dis-
charge rod.
