Warning. This product is for adult assembly only.
Place the Sandpit on a level surface at least 2 m from any structure or obstruction
such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines or electrical
wires
Modifications made by the consumer to the original activity toy (for example the
adding of an accessory) shall be carried out according to the instructions of the
manufacturer
1. Fix one of the part 13's to the part 4 and screw into place using 35mm screws, then repeat with
the other part 13. Fix the part 15 on to the other end of the part 13's and secure using 35mm screws.
Now slot in the part 14's at each end and fix in to place again as shown in the diagram using the
35mm screws. The final part of this section is to slot the part 12's in so they sit flush with the outer
edge of the side panels part 13. Please note the screw holes should be on the outer edge so you can
fix into the part 13's.
2. Construct the sail using Parts 7, 8 and the support struts part 10. Secure as shown in the diagram
using 40mm screws A. Now fix the mast in place at the front end (where part 4 is) and fix into place
using 60mm bolt D. At the rear fix the flag pole using 60mm bolt D again. Screw holes will show you
exact position.
3. Place part 5 at the front so it sits flush around the mast and secure using 30mm screws C. Repeat
this process with part 16 at the rear so it sits flush around the flag pole. Now fix the parts 12 down
also again using 30mm screws C.
4. Attach the front panels parts 1 and 3 as shown and screw into place using B screws 35mm. Now
fix the steering wheel into place. Please note the fixing goes through the centre of the wheel (we
recommend slotting the nut in first for ease of tightening and loosening. Ensure this is securely
tightened.
5. Fix the edging part 2 on to the front of the boat (onto part 1 and 3) using 30mm screws C. Now
attach the lid/seat sections part 17. Please note they need to be placed so they allow the hole to be
formed in the middle to allow simple opening and closing of these sections, these should be fixed
using 30mm screws C.
6. Slot panel 6 onto the front of the boat as shown to form a cupboard for storage. Fix the sail part
23 on to the mast using the baton part 9 and the 30mm C screws. Fix the other end to the flag pole
using part 19 which sits on top of the sail when fixing. Secure with a 30mm screw C.
