7. Lay out the underlay part 22 where you would like to place the sandpit. Place the Sandpit on top.

Insert the sand liner part 21 and its now ready to fill with sand.

It is important you carry out regular checks on the sandpit to ensure all fixings are secure and no

splinters are present.

If these checks are not done it could cause the sandpit to become a hazard.

We recommend the sandpit is checked prior to each use:

- replace defective parts in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions

- check all nuts and bolts for tightness and tighten when required

- check all coverings for bolts and sharp edges and replace when required

- it is very important these checks are done at the start of the usage season as

well as regular intervals during use.

The Sand Sailer should be protected from severe weather conditions and be retreated

regularly to prolong its life. As with all natural wooden products, some variation in colour

may be apparent and the wood will expand and shrink in wet conditions and dry heat. As a result

of this natural process some cracks and splits may occur which is normal. Wood products may

also produce splinters over time, so care should be taken during assembly and in use.

The Sand Sailer should be placed on a flat surface such as grass or a patio.

The product is for domestic use by children between 18 months and 12 years of age only.

WARNING!

Check equipment regularly for loose splinters, which may

occur during use.
