Problem
Info-LED blinks 3 times.
During the current operation,
the pump has extracted no
water for 30 seconds.
Water supply disrupted on the
suction side

During operation, the pump
switched off after 60 minutes.
Leakage warning activated

Possible Cause
Problem on pump side.
Suction hose bent.
Flow Sensor blocked.
Thermal circuit breaker activated
(motor overheated).
Leak on pressure side
(e. g. dripping tap).
Exceeded maximum duration
(60 mins.) of the low quantity
programme.
Check valve contaminated.
Flow sensor contaminated
FI was triggered because fault
current was detected.
Switch is not turned to I.
Mains plug not plugged in.
Power failure.
Remedy
v Immerse suction hose end
under water,
v eliminate leak on the suction
side,
v clean check valve on the
suction line and check the
mounting direction,
v clean suction filter on the
suction hose end,
v clean filter lid washer and
screw lid until the stop
(see 7. Maintenance),
v clean fine-mesh filter in the
pump.
v Use a new suction hose.
v Clean Flow Sensor (see
"Cleaning the flow sensor").
v Allow the pump to cool
down for 20 minutes.
v Eliminate leak on pressure
side.
v When using the low quantity
programme, shorten
the watering duration or
interrupt for 5 minutes
(see 3. Function).
v Increase water consumption.
v Clean check valve in pump
(see 7. Maintenance)
v Clean flow sensor inside the
pump (see 7. Maintenance).
v Disconnect pump and
contact GARDENA Service.
v Restart the pump
(see 5. Operation).
v Insert mains plug into
a mains socket (230 V AC).
v Check fuse and cables.
