4.2 Preparations for Use
(Fig. A)
Before using the shears for the
first time and if the accu is flat,
the Accu Shrub Shears must first
be re-charged:
1. Plug the charger cable
into the plug socket

4.3 Assembling the Swivel

With the GARDENA swivel handle

climbers. You can turn the shears
or the handle by 45°.
Assemble the swivel handle as
follows:
1. To lock the shears, set the
safety lock on the Accu Shrub
Shears to the right (position 0).

Lubricate the cogwheels with
acid-free lubricant (Vaseline).
Oil the blade before and after
use with a small amount of oil
(do not lubricate).
Attaching the GARDENA Grass
Shears Blade (Art. No. 2346)
The GARDENA grass shears
blade, Art. No. 2346, can be fitted
as an alternative to the hedge
clippers blade. The blade is
attached as described under
"Attaching the Hedge Clippers
Blade".
