*1. When 2Gbit/s FC I/O Module (PG-FCD102) is mounted on Expansion Board Slot of BX620 S2, FC Switch Blade (PG-FCS102) or FC Pass-Thru Blade (PG-FCB101)

is required to be mounted on Network Blade Slot 3,4 of BX600 S2 Blade Server System Unit (PGUR3SC1).

BX620 S2 / BX620 S3 with 1Gbit/s Ethernet I/O Module (PG-LND101) and BX620 S2 / BX620 S3 with 2Gbit/s FC I/O Module (PG-FCD102)

are not allowed to be mounted together on same BX600 S2 Blade Server System Unit (PGUR3SC1).

*2. When 1Gbit/s Ethernet I/O Module (PG-LND101) is mounted on Expansion Board Slot of BX620 S2, Switch Blade (PG-SW104/PG-SW105) or GbE Pass-Thru Blade (PG-LNB101)

is required to be mounted on Network Blade Slot 3,4 of BX600 S2 Blade Server System Unit (PGUR3SC1).

BX620 S2 / BX620 S3 with 1Gbit/s Ethernet I/O Module (PG-LND101) and BX620 S2 / BX620 S3 with 2Gbit/s FC I/O Module (PG-FCD102)

are not allowed to be mounted together on same BX600 S2 Blade Server System Unit (PGUR3SC1).

PCI card (SCSI Ctrl U160 lp (PG-1301L/PGB1301L)) should be mounted on Expansion Card Slot Module (PGBCS103).

The slot of mounted PCI card is at front side of BX600 S2 Blade Server System Unit (PGUR3SC1).

The cable connected to PCI card can be gone from front side to back side of BX600 S2 Blade Server System Unit (PGUR3SC1)

by using Front-Rear Cable-Thru kit (PG-R1CM1).

Front-Rear Cable-Thru kit (PG-R1CM1) is mounted just under BX620 S3 and occupies 1U.

Notes on addition of BX620 S3

In case that BX620 S3 are added on BX600 S2 Blade Server System Unit (PGUR3SC1), it may be necessary

to change firmware version of Management Blade of BX600 S2 Blade Server System Unit (PGUR3SC1).
