CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
-
Check wiring to heater and continuity of wash element
(25Ω);
-
Check pressure switch connections and correct pressure
switch operation;
-
Check edge connector J3 has secure connections on
module;
-
High level of ambient humidity / condensation may cause
this fault.
-
Check if module has soldered Eeprom, replace module and
Eeprom;
-
Check if module has a plug-in Eeprom, check Eeprom is
correctly connected to socket on module;
-
Check edge connector J3 has secure connections on
module;
-
Remove edge connector J3 on module check wiring and
contacts at position 1, 2, 3 and 4 on pressure switch;
-
Check that the pump connection plug is connected;
-
Check edge connector J9 has secure connections on
module;
-
Remove edge connector J9 on module check wiring and
contacts at positions 8 and 9 on connector J9;
-
Check edge connector J11 has secure connections on
module;
-
Check edge connector J11 / 5 way connector of display
PCB;
-
Remove edge connector J11 on module check wiring and
contacts;
-
Remove edge connector on display module check wiring
and contacts;
-
Check door is closed and latched correctly;
-
Check edge connector J4 has a secure connection on
module;
-
Remove edge connector on module J4 and check wiring
and contacts on all connections.
-
Renew module.
