Installation And Operation

The RCCS-RJ (Rotary Current And Contactor Control) is equipped with an RJ plug.

Beware of electric shock from wiring. Shut down welding
power source, and be sure it cannot be accidentally ener-
gized before making remote control connections. Be sure
remote control is turned all the way off before turning on
or off the welding power source.
Wear safety glasses with side shields.
Have only trained and qualified persons install, operate,
or service this unit. Call your distributor if you do not un-
derstand the directions. For WELDING SAFETY and
EMF information, read owner's manual(s).

Secure to torch with velcro straps.

Insert plug into matching receptacle
on welding power source.

Current And Contactor
Control Thumbwheel
Turn thumbwheel clockwise to en-
ergize the welding power source
and increase current level up to that
set on the welding power source
current control.
Turn thumbwheel in the opposite
direction to reduce current output
to zero, and deenergize the welding
power source.
