Use immersion oil.
Remove the bubbles.
Use an Olympus-designated
immersion oil.
Clean it.
Make sure that revolving nosepiece
clicks into place correctly.
Re-attach it.
Push the slide dovetail all the way
until it is stopped.
Mount specimen correctly.
Push the slide dovetail all the way

Center the condenser.
Loose ring.
Unlock pre-focusing lever.
Tighten ring.
