Rotating function of the board

By slightly loosening the screw on the board holder, the board
can be removed and rotated 180 degrees. Then tighten the
wing nut again.

6 Care and cleaning
Thoroughly clean the flaming salmon board as well as the
holes in the wood with clear, warm water and dishwashing
detergent. Afterwards allow to dry standing upright with
sufficient free space. The metal parts are dishwasher safe.
The flaming salmon board is a natural product and will de-
form during and after use, but this does not limit its function.
7 Recipe suggestion
Season the salmon fillet with the Axtschlag BBQ Rub for
Salmon or with salt and let it marinate for approx. 1-2 hours.
After cooking for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the
weather and wind direction, the salmon is ready to serve.
This can be recognized by the fact that albumin has appeared.
Alternatively, this can also be determined with a core
temperature gauge.
